A local Michiana resident, April Limon, was selected from over 200 applicants. Dr. Mader created April's beautiful new smile and then she flew to New York to complete her beauty makeover. Michiana's First Extreme Makeover Winner - Catherine Mathews Catherine Before  Catherine's Big Reveal Dr. Danahey, Catherine Mathews, Dr. Weiss and Dr. Mader Cosmetic Dentist Jeff Mader, teamed up with Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Dan Danahey, and Lasik Eye Surgeon, Dr. Rick Weiss, to perform an extreme makeover for a local Michiana resident. Catherine Mathews was selected as the winner. Cathy's makeover began with Dr. Mader creating her beautiful new smile.
